Suzie and Toru are fantastic hosts! They made us feel very welcome right from when Toru first picked us up from the station. They both wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable stay, and as they are both very well travelled, they understood what we would be looking for etc.
\nTheir property is ideal for visiting the snow monkeys and skiing.
\nThey both made sure we had information about everything, even the next towns we would be visiting in Japan. They also gave us some drinks, and cooked for us one evening!
\nWe felt at home here, and would recommend staying with Suzie and Toru.

Suzie and Toru were great hosts! Toru picked me up from the station to his place when I was checking in. The house is amazing! Room was spacious and comfy. The living room was cozy and warm during the cold days I was there. The place is near to the Snow Monkey Park entrance which has a main bus stop for me to get up to Okushigakogen to snowboard. They helped me with my plans and even fixed my itinerary for the rest of my trip in Japan! They welcomed me with open arms and I felt so humble in their beautiful home.

\nWe had a wonderful time here!<\/p>\n

We had nice weather and we got to see the snow monkeys.
\nTheir house is big with spacious rooms. Everything is very clean. I recommend everybody who’s visiting this area to stay there!<\/p>\n

If you’re reading this, just go ahead and book your stay. From picking me up at Yudanaka Station to helping me plan my day of skiing at Shiga Kogen, they were incredibly helpful hosts. Suzie even prepared a special meal for the New Year (oishii). Take note of the woodwork around the house. Toru is an excellent craftsman (sugoi).
